Heartiest congratulations, Girisha. You have done your parents and your country proud by winning the silver medal.
Girisha quit his bank job six months back to focus fully on his training and give it his very best for participation in the games. Expressing his joy at winning the medal and dedicating the same to the disable community in India, he said,
” I am very happy that finally my hard work earned result.” and added, “I could win a gold here, missed by a whisker. I can win gold in Rio. This year there is world championship in Paris and I am targeting gold there as well.”
What a great example of hard work, dedication, determination and focus, the essential ingredients for success. And what a go-getter attitude…Hats off!

sir , u r true . but in todays life nobody care about hard work . everyone wnts to earn money by using shortcuts . i also does not in such a hard work after a level.
Sir if I workhard for 3-4days then I am unable to work thatway for the next one week.Even sometimes my exams get affected.So please suggest me to cope with this situation.
Sorry for the delayed response…You need to analyse as to why you are not able to work hard consistently and with focus. This analysis will help you to identify the cause of your behavior. Address the cause and hopefully, you’ll be able to solve your problem of inconsistency.
